Role Play Background: At the Extreme Measures Federation Pay-Per-View spectacular First Blood The Badd Boy Tony Ikeda for the second year straight put Justin Franchize in his place making him bleed after using a Vand@mnthismovesucks on Franchize causing a chair to be smashed into Franchize's head making him bleed. The Badd Boy has since renamed the spectacular move to the Vandaminator and has sold the rights to the move to a man named Rob Van Dam and is expecting to make a lot of money in royalties off of it. Anyways, two weeks later The Badd Boy is pitted in a non title match against non other than Def Metal. The two have never clashed before making this their first occassion. The link between the two is Total Attitude Wrestling. Def Metal was managed by the feds owner Scott Mann, but after the nail gun incident that was brought to an abrupt holt. The Badd Boy prides his roots on TAW. The men will face on Shockwave and may the badder man win.
*The Badd Boy is found walking on the roof top of a taller building in the city. A camera man was ordered to follow him. He stands with one foot upon a ledge over looking the city. The wind blows forming ripples in his "Just 2 Badd" shirt and jeans. He peers out the turns around and sits on the ledge looking at the camera.*
The Badd Boy: Defy boy, I guess you are my next opponent. You know we come from similar backgrounds both of us with a bit of a history in Total Attitude Wrestling, and both of us have had something to do with Scott Mann. You know Def, I was talking with him before my car accident I was in and we were actually talking a deal to become an alliance with you and me to save the remnants of TAW, but as fate had it I was taken out of commission and you and him got into the incident over the nail gun. We all have fun, but I would like to point out that in the ring I try to make it a game. Going into the ring week after week and seeing who matches up. It's great. Seeing what new dare devil tricks will be pulled, what game plans each opponent takes to create maximum pain. I like that, really I do. I'm just sorry, that even though you will give every single thing you have in your entire body, it won't be enough. That's partly why I'm hated around here, because I just don't die, I just don't quit. No matter who has knocked me down, un-fortunately for them, I've gotten back up. It's ok though, I like being annoying. I love being the man that doesn't stay down. In the end no matter what has been dished out, I always dish out even more. I have this belt, because I proved to the world that I really am one of the best. Defy, would you like a first hand lesson? Good, because you've been asking for it. I've watched you and noticed your main tactic is to try and psyche out the person before the match. You show this attitude like you are just confident and are ready to just lay another man down.. As if that helps out anything. All you do is play ring psychology. What happens Mr. Metal, when the opponent doesn't get psyched out? What happens when the man across the ring isn't scared of you. Rather the man across the ring is just waiting for you to so much as blink so he can take off and tear into you. You want to know what happens? You lose, you get your butt kicked. It's all over, new game plan. Nothing else matters. The fecade you put up, will mean nothing. I refuse to be punked out by some little EMF champion wannabe whom I have never had the chance to put to rest before. That's ok, I like it, because you are a challenge to me. You're fun to wrestle, and fight, because I like to watch you try as you might to play the psychology games. I just wanted to inform you though, that I'm on to your games. Come tomorrow we will have an epic battle, but Def, I've been waiting for this opportunity and you can be sure I'm going to take a hold of it. I won't miss out on this. You will go one on one with The Badd One, and learn why I am the champion of this Intercontinental title. Defy, are you ready? I don't think you are. You see, in this federation I have came a very long way, and let me fore warn you, I did not come a long way just to lose. You though accomplishing a lot fairly quickly, you have not been forced to come a long way. You were recently handed that championship you hold around your waist. That tag team championship, just to let you know, it won't be long and me and ol' Primetime Dan Massoud will be coming for those belts that you hold along with Raptor. I won't be waiting for it to get handed to me either, I will be out there doing my best to earn it on my own. You know this is the first time that we will have the opportunity to face each other making this a match up that I look forward to, because I love taking on competitors that I have not faced before, but don't get ahead of yourself. I know you are thinking that you are hot stuff coming off that win over Jarred and Steelhart, but don't fool yourself. I have defeated both men, and Primetime has defeated Jarred quite a few times. So don't think that you did some great feet that some of us others haven't done before, because if you believe that then you are dead wrong, sorry to inform you. Anyways Def, to put this in terms you might understand, despite all your rage you're still just a rat in a cage. Come Shockwave you will be shocked when you find that you are not quite as great as you make yourself believe that you are.
*The Badd Boy stands up and looks back out across the city. The arena is in full view and many cars are in the streets. He begins talking again.*
The Badd Boy: Now Def Metal, let me teach you a bit of a lesson. That is a lesson in focus. Everytime you waist the EMF's time to turn on a camera you start to rant and rave about your match a bit, but you always seem to lose your focus. Your Choo-Choo of thought seems to get lost, because you always end up yapping about something that noone cares about. For example you could be one second saying how badly you will beat Jarred Carthallion to a pulp, and the next thing you are talking about are the actors you liked in pulp fiction and how you wish they would make it a trilogy. Now you are scratching your head in confusion, yes Def that was just an example, but not far from the truth with you. So what is to say that you don't lose your focus in the matches? It may spill to the outside of the ring and the next thing I know you could very well be checking out the woman in the third row in the low cut red dress. I'll be d@mned if that is what is going to win you a match. Unless you have not realized it takes a whole lot more than that to be a winner. So in our match let me teach you a lesson in focusing on your opponent. I will teach you in a session of kicking your but in such a fashion that the next time you get in preparation for a match up you might realize what is truly important when you step into the ring with a dangerous opponent. That's exactly what I am and sometimes that gets looked past just because I am a nice guy. The fact that I am dangerous. I have put more opponents down and out then you could have ever dreamed to. One by one I have put them down and out, and what have you been doing lately? Walking around with something you didn't earn. As a matter of fact, I am going to lay out a bit of a challenge to you. If I pin your kiester in that ring, I want you and Raptor to put your belts up against me and Primetime. Sorry I don't want to get too focused on that, because that is in the future. I need to worry about what I have right now in front of me, and that is simply you. I have to worry about you in that ring, but it is not much of a worry, because I am pretty confident, that just like many others, making sure your shoulders get pinned to the ground which probably is not going to do much good for you, but to be honost with you I am not worried about what is going to be good for you, because I am in this busines to do good for what is for me. What would be good for me is adding another notch to my record by putting one over on you which is not a question of whether or not I can do it, but rather when will I do it. How long it takes me is the question. I expect our match to be generating a lot of heat, I have never once said that you are not a deserving competitor in that ring with a lot of ability, I do know that you have it and will use it when necessary, but what will be necessary for you will be the ambulance for the free ticket to the hospital. I guarantee you that though you may put everything into the match, I will put twice as much into it, and come time for the end of the match I will put you down and out. You might want to check your watch and count down how long you have until the exact moment you realize that some men are just naturally better than you when it comes to that ring. I respect who you are, and I respect what you have done, but I don't respect you once you step into the ring and the bell has sounded. I have no choice but to put you down and out. I apologize that you have to be the next on the list, but that is how this business goes sometimes. You get dealt cards and there comes times when you don't like what is on those cards, but it isn't about your happiness, it is about me beating the crap out of you. You are dealing with the Force of One, and soon you will feel that full force and it will be just too badd that you will be dealing with the baddest man on the planet. Before you know it you will be seeing stars, no not the famous types, rather you will be seeing little stars dance around your head while you try to figure out what the license plate number to the truck was that hit you, but you won't find a number, because it wasn't a truck it was me!
*The Badd Boy turns around and smiles into the camera. He then opens the hatch in the roof that led him to where he was and climbs down it leaving the top of the building.*
*The Badd Boy is walking down the hallway of the arena. An all too familiar scene. Degenerate overhears him talking to some man, probably a stage hand. Degenerate is holding a bag. He pulls out a clown wig and puts it on followed by the big red nose. He has a camera man with him. The Badd Boy makes his way down the hallway and walks up to him.*
DGNR8: I am so glad that I caught you, what a surprise it is to have you here. I have a few questions for you concerning your up coming match. So how do you think your chances fair in this one on one confrontation with Def Metal?
The Badd Boy: I think my chances are pretty good. He may be an alright competitor, but I know my limitations. I have been studying him, and I think I have a pretty good idea of where his limitations lie, so I am pretty confident that I can go to the level that I will need to be at to defeat him. I won't say that it will be real simple, and I will have to give a lot of myself, but that is what this business is all about giving as much of yourself as you can and being sure that you give more than your opponent. That is the key crucial point that you must do, and if you really do go farther than your opponent than it is just a matter of time before you are crowned the victor. Whether it is for a championship or not night after night that is just what you have to do.
DGNR8: This is the first singles non title match you have had in a while. Is that going to affect you in anyway?
The Badd Boy: No, I do believe in pushing yourself further than your maximum when the championship is on the line, but in non title matches I don't think you should take anything away from your own performances. That is when you go one on one without a championship on the line that you find out man to man just who is the better man. You can seperate men from boys, and the elite greats from the men. That's where I want to prove that I stand, amongst the elite greats, so taking on Def Metal non title one on one gives me that chance to do just that. I look forward to this, because as you pointed out the prez doesn't sign me up for a lot of these, but I wouldn't mind a few more. Not because I don't like putting the title on the line, because I do, but rather just to find out who is the best man to man.
DGNR8: You issued a challenge to Def earlier, do you think you will have the opportunity to see that through?
The Badd Boy: Of course, because if he accepts and I pin him in that ring I hope to be seeing him very soon in a tag team championship match. Him and Raptor as the temporary wWo Phalanx taking on me and Primetime. With us watching each others backs that puts Badd Times on the Extreme Measures Federation, but honostly to get to that based off of what I requested it is going to lie on my shoulders to put my money where my mouth is and put a victory over him. That is the hard part, but not impossible. I am not playing a game of mission impossible, rather playing a game of who is really better. So if I can beat him, why should I not take the opportunity to take from him what he then obviously wouldn't be deserving to hold?
DGNR8: Good points, your wife Ashlee Ikeda was recently reinstated to the EMF, will she be a factor?
The Badd Boy: No, she never has been and never will be a factor. Though Jarred would like to make her be one because he is so full of himself he thinks if he puts the blame down on someone else he can make himself look high and mighty, but if she chooses to be at ringside she will strictly be there for support and will only get violent if first pushed. She knows that I like to handle things on my own, and with Def that is what I will be doing. I will be going it alone with him, because that is how I will be proving my worth in that very ring. I am actually rather insulted that you would even say that, you should know better, but again to answer your question, no the only deciding factor in that match will be me and how I fare in there!
DGNR8: What do you think is driving you to win other than being the quote unquote "man"?
The Badd Boy: I would say that a match like this relies on putting on a show for the fans. They are why we are in this business after all, and so a match like this is really for them. They are what will be driving me to put up a victory over Def, for them. I always have thought of them first knowing that they are really the most important factors in our industry, because with out them us wrestlers would be nothing. We would be sitting at home doing some other jobs. Some would be computer majors, other whopper floppers, but luckily they support us and thus we owe them a great show, so that is exactly what I will be giving them. The show that they have so very well deserved. Hence I will be driven to stop at nothing to be sure they not only get that, but also to see me get a victory over Def.
DGNR8: That's great, any final comments?
The Badd Boy: Yeah, of course I always have some. Def, I hope that you have gotten your focus together, because come Shockwave you are a marked man, and I will be gunning straight for you. I have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. That is another win over another opponent that is. Whether it is to prove to you that you are not that great, and that you have a far way to go before you can compete with greats, or whether it is to put a great show on for the fans, or whether it is just for me to do what I do best and fight to win one way or another I will be coming through those ropes and stopping at nothing to be sure you lose. I am just that badd a guy, so Def Metal turn the music up louder, because your time of shining has ran out!
*The Badd Boy flashes another one of his classic smiles and walks off. DGRN8 takes off his disguise and once again Degenerate is back. He puts a thumbs up to the camera man as it fades.*
