Matrix test 1 was my first test so gives me a break if you don't like it.lol.
Now the first thing I did was to picture a place where I can move my camera round the object quite easily.
With out bumping into anything!
Also depending on what move your going to do!
Make sure if your going to.do a jump where your landing on the ground and hitting the your elbow your not going to want to do this on concrete!
Set the camera up for the first jump!
Then do your move then with out moving the camera take a picture of background.
Do this as many times as you want and remember the more times you do this the better it will look! I only did this 4 times.
So now you should have your footage in your pc.
Through after effects import your footage and make a new comp
.At the beginning of your move get your jump and take the best frame of you at your highest peek of your jump.
Then import it to Photoshop.
Do this to your jump and the background.
Now you should have all your backgrounds and all your jumps in Photoshop.
Save them as jpeg then with your saved picture.
Manually paint blue over the backgrounds of your jump like the picture below!!

then 'morph' them together using elastic reality or any morph software your can get ur hands on!!
now with your plain backgrounds you make a 'panorama' like the pic below! i used Ulead cool 360' much easier than doing it through
photoshop!!

you may need to manipulate the picture so it looks good!!
then once you have your morphs and your backgrounds import them in to after effects
key out the blue screen and comp them together put some blur effect on it and ur done
