Note for June 26, 03: - Ian and I ascended Mt. Lawson in cloudy and chilly conditions. I left my camera at home so I have no pictures to show from this climb. We started the bushwack and found the proper drainage that drains the face of Lawson. While ascending this drainage we saw something moving in the bush. With a quick glimpse of it we decided that it was either a bear or a moose. Ascending quicker now we reached the base of the loose rocky route. With the rotten rock, we decided to climb the snow slope that leads 2/3 of the way up the face. The summit was windy and cold. The glissade down the snow was quick and fast.
