Billy Starr has been wrestling in e-feds since March of 2000 when he joined the Insane Championship Wrestling. Billy Starr went on the become the first ever ICW Atlantic States Champion, as well as the ICW TRIPLE CROWN Champion. Billy Starr then went to a federation named the Total Wrestling Federation, he went on there to become the TWF World Champion, 2-time IC Champion, World Explorer Champion, and 2 time Specialty Match Champion... then once again Billy Starr packed up his bags and moved onto the SAWF... where he is currently a former TV Champion and is on the rise!
