POP-SHUV-IT- To pop shuv-it, first you need to learn how to ollie.You do a shuv-it by, popping the tail and pushing the tail back at the same time.Make sure you are over the board when it is spinning. When it is done spinning catch it and ride away.
KICKFLIP- The kickflip is a pretty hard trick if you are a begginer. The kickflip is done by starting to do an ollie, slide your foot of the board in the direction which your back is facing, this will cause it to flip.Stay over the board when it is spinning. When it is done spinning catch it and ride away.
FRONTSIDE 180- Get rolling, turn your upper body frontside. Start to ollie and unwind your upper body, Your feet will follow. At first you will do 90 degrees but you'll get it with practice.
POWERSLIDE REVERT- Make sure you know how to power slide first (which usually work with big soft wheels. Move at a small speed. Lean forward and put you front hand down and power slide while your hand is down. Make sure you have gone 180 degrees already and keep rollin'.If you did it right you will be moving fakie or switch.
OLLIES AGAIN:(By Trav)Put your back foot on the tail and your front foot in the middle of your board. You should have ok control with your board before you attempt ollies. Then pop the tail, and drag your foot up the board by jumping with the board. Attempt stationary before moving.
OLLIEING DOWN STAIRS- First learn to ollie. Start off with at least 2 stairs. Get a decent speed. When you are at least 7 inches to the edge of the stair pop an ollie, keep your balance on the board, spot your landing. and the most important thing bend your knees and absorb the shock, unless you have silicone implants.Roll away smothly.
FAKIE-BIGSPINS- First learn and master rolling in fakie position, after you have mastered that you can do a lot if tricks fakie. Start rolling fakie, turn your upper body about 90 degrees before you even start the 360 shuv-it motion, after that, start the 360 shuv-it, when the board is done doing a 180 shuv-it you upper body should be done doing the 180. Then you wait till the board finishes another 180, catch the board, maintain your balance and roll on.
