Tim, Plauge, Lil'Plauge, Eric, Rice This tourney turned out to be more like a Novice/Amateur Tourney. Teams like Power Storm (1st Sky Ball, rookie year) and Retarded Monkeys (winner of the Four Man Summer Series). The beginning games were tense, but it calmed down. We were second to play (against Power Storm). We were spanked in 2:30 (Spenser shot well he was still out of bounds getting pulled off the break). This was bad. We usually were able to hold teams off, but we didn't know they were amateur. In later games we got our acts together and defended and attacked well. We maxed two teams in the prelims. That was a joy for us cause this was only our second tourney. We made it to the rookie finals because we maxed a team in the semi finals. Then we were raped by Shocka (who came down to 2v1 in the prelims) and beaten by Drunken Goats (10 to 0 score we tied them in prelims). That game put us in third. Then Shocka played Drunken Goats and was ironically beaten. (Shocka was the team that everyone thought would win Rookie)
