Glossary
HYZER-the leftward flight-path of a disc thrown backhand by a right-hander.
ANHYZER-the rightward flight path of a disc thrown by the same player.
OVERSTABLE- characteristic of a disc that has a tendency to go leftward when thrown backhand by a right-hander.
UNDERSTABLE- characteristic of a disc that goes right when thrown by the same player.
STABLE- characteristic of a disc that flies straight, without much a break in either direction.
BACKHAND- a throw that occurs when you bring your throwing hand across your body during the throwing motion.
FOREHAND- a throw that occurs when the throwing hand stays on the same side of the throwers body. Usually involves a wrist-flick.
Things you need
1. 3 types of discs (long range, medium range, putter)
2. Rag (to clean off your discs)
3. Pen and paper (to keep score)
4. Back up shoes
6. Gallon of water (wanna die of thirst?)
7. Another 3 back up discs (in case you lose your disc)
8. Have fun!
