On this site I see how the cold fronts are moving from the south of Brazil to Rio, specialy when it is
very clear (no clouds), hot and with the wind blowing from the wrong direction (north). On these
conditions the pressure of atmosphere uses to be low and we use to feel tired and lazy. 
So, the cold front must be close to Rio and weather will change.
