1 cinder block
10 foot long PVC or Metal Pipe
Duct tape (may not need)
Instructions
The great part about my practice rail is, it can be setup 2 different ways! That's right 2 count 'em 2 different ways. The orginal way is for alley-oop tricks and frontsides. The 2nd way is for royales and shiftys. You don't really need instructions, just follow the pictures.
Way 1:
Yea, that's me.
Step 1: Stuff with rags.
Step 2: Add rail.
Step 3: Make sure it doesn't tip.
What it should look like, 
Way 2: 
Step 1: Stuff with rags.
Step 2: Wrap top of rail with a rag.
Step 3: Make SURE it doesn't tip. Add rags for support as needed.
