APPLICATION FOR ALPHA TESTING

ALPHA testing should begin sometime in January 2002!
All information sent through this form, will be held in the STRICTEST of confidence, and will not be shared with anyone outside the tech team.

The main purpose of this form is to help give direct support, to each tester, to insure the correct usage of the alpha tested software.

Furthermore, information submitted here will be used, ultimately, to sort out the best suited testers and hardware. ALSO, you will be put into a database of testers, of which you will be called upon in the near future to participate in a massively online alpha test. The software will be provided by me upon the comencation of the initial ALPHA test.
