Crores of aged Pawan Kumaris in the evening of their lives have been dying by inches throughout the country, in jails & in their own houses because of the atrocities of unscrupulous daughter-in-laws like Vidya (Pawan Kumari’s daughters in law) , they can be seen in Mandirs, Gurdwaras and on road sides. 87 % women Prisoners of Delhi Tihar Jail are booked in false dowry cases– Rashtriya Sahara - a Delhi Daily Newspaper.dtd.3.08.04

I am Ideologically a MARXIST, a Marxist can never think of exploiting a woman. ( I never joined any political party.). I am a Supreme Court lawyer, & heading world’s first & a unique NGO, PAVM an SPCH, having members around the world, we have been fighting for women like Pawan Kumari.
While dealing with lacs of matrimonial cases of Harassed Husbands for the last 50 yrs. I am of the opinion, that husbands are helpless only because of the laws enacted for the women like VIDYA (daughter- in-law). All men are not like me I had to divorce my two wives, I cannot explained the
situation faced by me a Marxist who can never exploit or harass his wife.

Always the society was women dominated my view was admired, accepted by the Senior Police, Judicial & administrative officials for which the undersigned was invited by the National Institute of Criminology & Forensic Sciences, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India twice as a Guest Speaker.
My view was also admired when a group of world media persons visited me along with a PTI reporter and interviewed me in a press conference about 20 yrs back. Man was weak, man is weak he man will remain weak emotionally and is victim of domestic violence, in short MAN IS THE WEAKER SEX !
More and more laws for women like VIDYA/ the DIL are deteriorating the situation.
As unscrupulous women like Vidya cannot be taught any lesson because the entire set up is with her, Vidya is aided, abetted & protected by the present law, CAW cells of Police, NWC, & So called Women Activists are always out to protect, aid & abet women like Vidya.
In present in public interest Criminal cases be registered against all concerned. The property if any left by the Husband of Victim be got vacated immediately. I am ready fight her case in public interest.
