|
The Stars System was developed to have an appropiate way to promote members to high ranks in the guild. You may start to collect stars when you reach the rank of Soldier. Stars will be earned by Participating in Guild activities such as: going on group missions/ going to meetings, having good conduct, being active, ect. You can also have Stars taken away from your earn ones for: NOT participating in Guild, not having good conduct, inactivity, skipping meetings, ect. And when some of the Higher Ranks have an open slot the Leaders will look at the members with higher stars and possible make a choice among them. This system will also have certain rewards such as when you reach a set amount of stars you will get a reward.
This is all subject to change without notification and reguardles of all changes you are expected to follow this exactly
