"In Loving Memory Of Maggie L. Bloodworth"
Jan.8-1932 To June-25-2003

Dear God,

Dear God, our Father,
in Heaven above,
why did you take
the people we love?

It's hard not to question
your wishes or will,
but human we are
and our souls
won't be still.

The pain that we suffer,
the tears that we shed,
all day and at night
while we lie in our beds,
for our parents and spouses,
our children, our friends,
why did you call them
and not leave them instead?

Our loved ones'
words of comfort,
their kisses and hugs,
our children's laughter
and inquiring tugs.
The beauty of friendships
that you gave to us.
Did you feel all of these losses
when you gave your Son, Jesus?

Would you please give us answers?
Why did they go?
What do they want for
their loved ones to know?
Are they happy.. do they miss us?
Please, oh dear God,
these are some of our questions?

My Dear Children,

Your loved ones are with Me,
They are once again Home.
They sit here in
Heaven at the foot of My Throne.

They laugh and they sing,
No, they don't miss a thing.
They patiently wait
till they may see you again.

The message for you,
from your loved ones above,
"We thank you for your wonderful love.
No worries ,no fears,
no sorrow or tears...
do we have anymore,
now that we are here".

So My Dear Children,
I want you to know...
that My Son is here with them.
I lost Him also.

But, the blood that He shed,
for your souls guaranteed,
life eternal in Heaven
with My Son and Me.

That death will not keep you
from your loved ones above,
you will all live forever,
praising His love.

God
