This site is devoted to the education of everyone in a tech position.
Namely, surviving such a position.
This includes, programmers, support, helldesk operators, etc. If you are in a tech position that requires you to (supposedly) know more than the people you deal with, this page is for you and your continued education. There are people who understand your situation. There are people willing to help. Don't give up hope! And don't go killing your users. More will be hired if you do.
Using the documents on the site, you will find yourself better able to defend yourself against the dread user, and the much feared (or at least, much avoided) manager.
