Initial discussion began on April 28, 2003. A lot has changed since then so it is suggested that early threads on the RV boards be disregarded to avoid confusion. Sin Times was envisioned to operate in volatile as well as relatively stable conditions. Under this vision: Roleplaying will not be mandatory. English will probably be used most frequently, although other languages are welcome, especially ancient languages. Offensive language will be interpreted as aggressive behaviour. Buying Sesterces will remain a personal choice and not a matter for council.
As of now though, I have decided to join Legio XVIII. I may transform this website into a database or website for those roleplaying Numidians in the Legio XVIII.
