Sin Times is not a guild. It is an open council hosted by a small band (as yet unnamed and may continue to be) that will try to be as open as possible. Others willing can also host alongside.
The hosts organize and initiate the council sessions as well as encourage a general code of conduct. Therefore the hosts decide the first topic of each council session, a good indicator for the general direction of further discussion during the council session.
Independents and guilds are welcome to gather at the council site for a range of missions- from farming projects and trade caravans to military excursions.
When a decision is reached that all participants can agree upon, the council ends. If a unanimous decision cannot be reached by the end of a day, the council will dissolve and the hosts will discuss if the issue should be pursued any further.
It is expected that on many issues a unanimous decision will not be reached therefore it is assumed participants will still need to finalize their separate projects once council is dissolved.
Although anyone can join council, it is likely that any hostilities against the hosts or the participants may result in interruption of the council.
It should become obvious that the council itself cannot make alliances or war therefore it is advised that offers be directed to the parties involved instead.
