Resort Features

The entire Oasis Cancun Hotel is comprised of 5 separate buildings, 960 rooms in total. The Grand Oasis, which is located in the center of the property, is an upscale hotel for a mature clientele. The remaining 4 buildings surround the Grand Oasis and visitors share the same grounds. Most of the restaurants and activities are open to everyone, however, guests of the Grand Oasis enjoy additional services.

The resort runs along a half-mile stretch of white Caribbean sand. A quarter mile free form swimming pool weaves through the entire property and has 3 pool side swim-up bars for everyone to enjoy. The 490-yard lagoon is the largest in Cancun! The Oasis also offers tennis courts that light up at night for evening games and an executive golf course of 9 holes (PAR 3) for all guests to use. Children up to age 16 stay free!

Although traditional Mexican food is delicious, for those of you who don't think your stomach can handle it, don't worry!! The Oasis offers a wide variety of North American and Italian foods. Here are my top 10 favorite foods at the Oasis;

Not only is the food amazing, but the tropical drinks are just as exciting! Daiquiris, Margaritas and "Banana Mama's" were among my favorites! When you're not getting tipsy at the bar, you can enjoy a glass of freshly squeezed orange or watermelon juice first thing in the morning!

Rooms

When booking your vacation, you have the option of staying in a room with 2 Queen size beds or 1 king size bed. We stayed in a double room, and it was very spacious and comfortable. All 960 rooms have air conditioning, a bathroom with a tub and shower, a balcony, TV (with optional Pay-per-view movies), a mini bar*, and a safety deposit box*.
