Relaxation Sessions

This is a part of the Personal Training service that can be used to relieve a stressful day or simply relax the body after a strenuous workout. The environment is calm, the client is lay flat and relaxed and the lights are dimmed. The method used is called a contract relax method and instructions are projected vocally by Carl. This method increases the recognition of unknown (to the individual) muscular contraction that builds up over the course of a day. Relaxation sessions will assist in the calming of the body in situations that do arise over the duration of an average day. This is a service which you will find most beneficial.
