I have had people ask me, do christians believe in ghosts, and the my answer is yes some do.
The Bible speaks about Spirits or Ghosts as well.
Jesus said we should test the Spirits to see why they come, what their reason is for visiting us.
"But when they saw him walking upon the sea , they supposed it had been a Spirit, and cried out."
- Mark 6:49
"And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?
Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a Spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have."
- Luke 24:38
And this is Jesus himself speaking.
There are other verses as well that speak of ghosts or Spirits.
So yes some of us Christian do believe there are Ghosts.
However not ever spirit out there is a ghost or someone who as passed, but some are demons or just pure evil.
There are ways to tell them apart and as you read on you will see this.
