Biography

Minister Holman is the son of Carolyn and Maurice Collier, born on June 22, 1982 in Madison County, AL.  He is a young man that is devoted to the work that he does for God.  In former ministries he has held positions such as: Youth Choir President, Usher Board V.P., Choir Director, Minister of Music, Praise and Worship Leader, Senior Pastor Armor Bearer, etc.  He now is a member of the Church of Philadelphia Deliverance Ministries under the leadership of Apostle James M. Rice (founder/overseer) where he is on Ministerial Staff, Praise Team, Minister of Music, and Apostle’s Armor Bearer. 

 

Knowing that God had a call on his life for ministry he didn’t hesitate to answer.  (I’ve heard people say that they “ran” for years and then are old in age when they answer the call, I feel; I can do much more for God in my Youth than to wait until I’m old in age and then get serious about him.  No! Time is now to get right, and get about God’s business.  I love the Lord with all my heart, mind, soul, and strength and I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world!  When I talk about the love I have for God it’s not just words but it’s something that you can feel, it’s a difference between “experience” and “explanation”.  You can explain something all day but when you have experience behind it, it has and adds a different feel.)

 

Preaching is not just something that I do, but it’s my life.  I have “A Charge to Keep and a God to Glorify!”  I take it very serious, because anytime I’m used to stand in the pulpit or just speak a word into someone’s life while out in the store somewhere, what I say and do can very well determine a person’s decision as it pertains to living for God and accepting the call of salvation.  Therefore I must remain steadfast in the faith, keeping God first and acknowledging him in all that I do.

My Vision

Right now I am focused on the ministry God has place me in, (Church of Philadelphia Deliverance Ministries ~Huntsville, AL) and helping the Man of God with his vision in anyway I can.  The word says, “Seek Ye First the Kingdom of God and his Righteousness and all these things will be added unto you.”  Right now my main focus is just to see people healed, set free, and delivered by the power of God!
