Father: Nathan Joel Dorsett - A very religious man, very involved with the church in Newark, where he lives with Marliette and Tyler.  Extremely protective of Kayleigh.

Mother: Marliett Elizabeth Dorsett (D'Angelo)  - Gave birth to Kayleigh. Still lives today with her father.

Brother: Tyler A. Dorsett  - Younger brother to Kayleigh. A college student at the University of Southern California

Fiancée:  Kerto Michael Vandar Where to begin... The two started a friendship with a set of building blocks, then to a pinning a rose on his prom tuxedo, then finally, the diamond ring on her left finger. They have a friendship which is unbreakable, that no matter how many times she messes up, Kerto is there to help her back up on her feet. The perfect best friend, soon to be the perfect husband.
