   MISSION RIDGE
Mission Ridge comes from the totally organic Park Hill Vineyard south of Lake Okanagan near Oliver. Deep garnet-purple with a penetrating raspberry jam nose, the wine is well balanced and has a soft, clean finish. Only 612 cases were produced. Try it with strong country pats or barbecued lamb.

 

Standing at the front door of Mission Hill you can just about spit down the hill into the vineyard of one of B.C.'s youngest wineries: Quail's Gate. The vineyard itself is quite old; QG sold grapes to Mission Hill for many years before deciding to go on its own.
