COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Prepare to boil 3 litre (5 bowls) of water.
  2. Add 22 cloves of garlics and 600gm of meat (pig stomach, pig liver, chicken or beef)
  3. Simmer for approx. 30 mins until the meat is tender. Then serve.
