INGREDIENTS:
Chilli Powder, Shichuan Pepper, Garlic, Onions, Ginger, Coriander Powder, White Pepper, Corn-Flour, Salt, Sugar, Seasoning (No MSG)
PREPARATION:
One Chicken (Appro. 1kg), Meat or Fish can also be added in your favoured.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Apply the spices evenly inside and outside the chicken, marinate for 30 mins. Wrap chicken with HDPE wrapper and followed by aluminium foil.
  2. Steam for about 2 hours under slow fire and ready to serve. (Mushroom, Chestnut etc can be added)
