INGREDIENTS:
Black Pepper, Garllic, Onions, Ginger, Coricander Powder, White Pepper, Corn-Flour, Salt, Sugar, Seasoning (No MSG)

Apply the spices evenly inside outside the chicken, marinate for 30 mins. Wrap chicken with HDPE wrapper and followed by aluminium foil. Steam for about 2 hours under slow fire and ready to serve. (Mushroom, chestnut etc can be added)
