INGREDIENTS:
Wheat Flour  Wheat Flour
Pepper  Chilli Powder
Rice Flour & Flavouring.
PREPARATION:
Cut whole chicken into smaller pieces or 12 pieces of chicken wings (about 1kg). Wash thoroughly with water and dry it. Apply chicken frying flour all over the chicken or wings and season for 30mins in the refrigerator. Place in heated cooking oil, fry until golden-brown in color and ready to serve.
