INGREDIENTS:
Abalone Slice, Astragalia, Fructus Lycii, Radix Tang Shen, Chinese Yam, Polygonathum, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Rhizoma Ligustici.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Prepare to boil 3 litre of water.
  2. Add 500gm of chicken meat with a pack of Abalone with Chicken Soup.
  3. Simmer approx. 2-3 hours until the meat is tender. Then serve.
