ADDING DOLLS- FOR ALL OTHER PAGE BUILDERS:
The best way to put these dolls on a webpage:
1. right click the doll
2. choose "save picture as" (this will save the doll to your computers C drive)
3. insert the picture from you C drive (just as you would any other image or picture)MAKE YOUR OWN DOLL!
This gets a little more complicated, but once you have made your first doll.. everything will be easy!
Required Programs: "The Palace" and "Paint Shop Pro"
Thepalace.com is no longer availible.... ( They went out of business) :(
If you can find their software.. and thats a big IF.. their might be some private palaces still around, but the pubic palaces are gone.. I suggest using above links to find pre-made dolls!
Once you have "The Palace software " (www.thepalace.com)you need to log into a palace Chat room. Once your in a Palace chat, you need to talk people into trading "Avistars" which is the technical name for the Dolls. Most everybody on the palace has them.. and are willing to give you one, and will trade them with you. now search around for Props(clothes) for your doll. When you have the doll you want.. and the Clothes you want. Click the briefcase at the top right corner of the screen, and choose "wear props". This will pop up a window to put the clothes on your doll. Now that you have your own unique doll. You want make this Doll in the Palace Chat into a Picture to put on your web sight. Use PrintScreen key to Capture the Image. Go to Paint Shop Pro and Paste the image onto the screen. Crop out the Doll part of the Image. And save it.. Now you have your own doll!!
