After a long time of keeping this on the backburner, I'm back and it looks like I'm going to not only have the time to invest, but I'll also have some cash to get rid of the pop-ups and to invest in a decent chat and forum system. I'm aiming for this stuff to happen around Christmas, or maybe early January, so stay tuned.

I've done some work on the Halifax background, as well as some defining of magic rules (which will be unveiled when the "mage" page goes up). Most of the changes that are being made at this point are research and writing, so there won't necessarily be any visible changes to the site right away. I'm going to attempt building content for the parts of the site we have up already, before developing other areas.

Also, we still need people!! Check out the forums for more details.

And Finally, I've decided to open the site unofficially in the spring/summer of 2004, with the official grand opening falling near December 2004.

Now that the bare-bones of a structure are up, some work is going to go towards the content of the site, the background, some Mage stuff, etc. Now is definitely the time for people who want to be involved in the building process to get involved.

A note about the pop-ups: this site is in the development stage, and so I'm not shelling out cash to get an actual domain name, ad-free service, etc. But, rest assured, that when this site is much closer to being complete, I will be updating it, and getting rid of ads, as well as having a better forums service.
