Halifax by Night is an online RPG setting in the World of Darkness.
HbN is a site with a story, in that certain events have been planned out, certain story arcs will take place, culminating in a series of dramatic events at the end of its run.
But while certain large events are firmly set in stone, the ultimate outcome rests with the players.
