Paul these are just design ideas to give you an example of look and feel.
With perl and a DB i can build the site with a lot of dynamic data and give the impression of constant updates and allow greater user interactivity
1) Design 1 (content here is me messing about with DHTL sorry)
2) Design 2 (this design is simple and very easy to change the base colors.)
I have some more ideas but they are partial designs and do not represent a layout. If these are not to your taste or liking let us know and i will put another couple together.

(I havn't bothered chaecking this on netscape or opera, only in ie 4 I will of course do this and amend any problems if you decide to use a design)
