Our base ct side strat on inferno is very simple, but very effective.
The round starts off with 2 players going to banana hall and 3 players going to the main bombsite. Positions for these players are shown below:

These are the 2 positions for players at banana. Unless the in-game leader says otherwise, you: do. not. ever. peak. here. It is very simple and if it is peaked very often will mean the end of one or both players.
The positions for the main site are shown below:

In the 5 positions shown, positions 3 and 5 need boosts. Preferably, player 4 boosts both of these players before running to his spot on the balcony. The key to this is speed and teamwork. These boosts provide much cover and surprise 90+% of CS teams that play.
Position 2 at banana, between 2:20 and 2:30 in the round, does a "rotation." A rotation in CS is where a defense moves to better suit themselves for the coming attack. This player moves from his spot at banana to here:
