I went to the Battle of the Bands at my alma mater tonight...I must say, I was impressed with a few of the bands, but not by the quality of the people there. I was told on frequent occasions (being the smallest kid in the pit) that I was going to "get my ass kicked" if I continued to "try to punch and kick people," which anyone in the scene understands, but SlipKnot kids do not, because they're stupid. It is altogether more harmful to run into someone at full speed than to accidentally punch them in the stomach, something that happens infrequently at best. Oh well...highlights of the night: Kaio and TapOut; 34 Spoons were good, but not my cup o' tea.

So this is really the first day that I've committed myself to updating this site. The initial groundwork here has already been laid, but with a marked lack of MP3 hosting here, you'll have to go to IUMA to check out the actual music. That site will not be up for some time, due to the intrinsic backlogging problem that that site is plagued with, so please don't try to find it until I tell you that it's up.
