Western Kentucky University students Samantha Davis (left) and Crystal Corum embrace Wednesday night after hearing that Katie Autry, a Pellville freshman who was rescued from her dorm room after it had been set on fire Sunday, died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
The students were attending a planned prayer vigil for Autry at WKU’s Guthrie Bell Tower.
