1. We do not talk about the UDC (more of a guidline than a rule)

2. If you live in any of those towns, we own you.

3. The UDC needs money, so if you have some we would like it ok.

4. The God Squad is not allowed to make direct eye contact with any member of the UDC.

5. If you see this happen, report it to your local UDC officer, thanks.

6. Dont offer us beer if you offend rule #4, we know your tricks. We'll drink it but we will still be pissed off at you.

7. While we are the "Mayors" of these towns, that doesnt mean we want good things to happen in them. In fact "Drunken Sadistic A-hole Dictators" would probably be a lot more accurate.
