Membership in the Church of the Tree of Life entitles me to consider ALL plant & animal substances not yet controlled at the time of my joining, (1972), to be sacraments of the Church. Consequently my right to utilize these in my spiritual discipline is protected by the United States Constitution. The Church also considered all CONTROLLED plant and animal substances it's sacraments as well, though since the use of marijuana, peyote, psillicyben, toad (dmt), etc. are illegal it could not encourage members to use them, but did encourage them to push for legalization. - Robert Mansfield
