"We hereby promise not to acquire or produce nuclear weapons or nuclear explosive devices. Should we have this technology, we promise not to transfer nuclear weapons, other nuclear explosive devices, or their technology to any non-nuclear-weapon nation."

Nuclear Weapon: "A device, such as a bomb or warhead, whose great explosive power derives from the release of nuclear energy."

Notes on signing:

1. If you have nuclear weapons and want to sign this treaty, you must first openly destroy your nuclear weapons.
2. Signing this treaty does not mean you can't use your nuclear technology for power generation/medical research and any other non-weapon developments/research.
3. You may pass on your non-weapon technology to other nations (if you want to assist them develop power plants etc.
4. Nations concerned about their safety will be offered full protection by our NAFDA Installation.
