1. As a member of Orion you are expected to only be a member of Orion. You may not be in more than one alliance for as long as you are an Orion member. Diplomats and Assisting players are excempt to this, but only as decided by the HC.
2. You are not permitted to be at all aggressive or rude to any of your fellow Orion members. Nor aggressive or rude to any other players in the game unless the HC decides that the alliance is at war...even then, use your head and don't take it too far. This includes infiltrations and blackholes.
3. You are required to tag all planets as Orion in a public manner. Any planets not publically tagged run the extreme risk of being attacked by Orion players seeking more planets for themselves. As soon as you possess a planet, TAG it. This will save any misunderstandings not only from your fellow Alliance members, but other alliances/players on the prowl.
4. Unless you are purifying, your planets must all be Democratic or Authoritarian. Dictatorships will be dealt with harshly to prevent the threats of Black Holes. Switching to Authoritarian is also highly recommended if your planet is under attack. The reason being that if your planet is conquered the conqueror can't switch governments to dictatorship to initiate a BH.
1. Agro and Techno planets may not have trades for export greater than 2x their Market Capacity. Minero planets may not exceed 1x their market capacity.
2. You may not export outside of Orion controlled cores, and you may not trade with planets more than a distance of 2 from your own.
3. The amount of money you will make from trading is directly linked to your investments into your Civ Levels. Invest heavily in your civ levels until your planet is at least Civ25.
4. Tax rates on planets below Civ25 may not exceed 15%. Tax rates on planets that are civ25 or higher may not exceed 40%. This will ecourage other players to invest in your planets.
5. Please respect the wishes of your fellow members and remove any trades that are requested to be removed. Sometimes your trades will saturate a planet. There are tools listed in the forums that inable you to check your trading status. If a planet is saturating you, ask them to reduce their trades.
6. Use all purchased Market Capacity at all times. By reducing your exports, you are not reducing your purchased Market Capacity, thus planets will quickly be saturated. If you must reduce your trades, eliminate them all and re-purchase the shares you wish.
1. You are required to maintain a basic defense fleet at all times around your planets. Players currently making a TI less than 100m are required to have no less than 100k avgP (8500 Xillor Scouts) at each of their planets. Players making from 101m to 300m are required to have 300k avgP (25000 Xillor Scouts) at each of their planets. Players making more than 300m must maintain no less than 500k avgP (42000 Xillor Scouts) at all times at each of their planets.
2. Beyond the minimums, there is no need for you to maintain any fleets at any time unless you are a member of OMG or BOW. OMG and BOW members will be informed of their minimums through the respective forums.
3. You will maintain stasis at all times on all of your planets. The only exception to this is when you are building fleets on a planet, or recharging your energy on a planet. It may be wise to announce the fact in the forums and/or message a member of the HC or OMG so that we can keep an eye on your planet until it is through building.
1. Orion members are not authorized to speak for the alliance. Please leave all diplomatic relations to the HC.
2. From time to time, ambassadors may be chosen to represent Orion interests with other alliances. These people will report directly to the HC and not share information with any other members.
