Please look past the quality of the picture, phone cameras just aren't the same as a regular camera. These pictures have not been doctored in any way, not even resized. Any funky looking glare or nimbus is a result of the camera.
What you're looking at here are pics of my snowboarding goggles in action. I have placed eight superbright blue 3mm LEDs into the vent openings, a 9v battery on one side of the frame, the control module to the other side of the frame, and an on/off rocker switch to the top of the frame.
The LEDs are wired in pairs and the control module has four outputs. When powered on the LED pairs blink sequentially from center to outside. The first pair lights for approximately 0.4 seconds then shuts off. Immediately the second pair lights for approximately 0.4 seconds then shuts off, and so on.
This is one of two sets of these goggles, my younger sister has the other. Every time we hit the slopes we flick on the switches and grin :)
