· Booting
Bob = person
The things that must happen for someone to get booted is a very sensitive process, these guidelines are being setup for those who need to know the steps needed for a person to be booted from a guild. In this guild we shall be useing a point system to determine whether someone should leave due to the best interest of the guild as a whole,
30 +points- demoted (if already a officer), must group with atleast 3 guildmates for a hour within a week of points issued
60 +points- on probation, you are required to be at any raid that the guild plans, if you are on you must be at the raid if you meet the requirements, you may not roll for any items dropped during this raid but may be entitled to cash loot, every raid attended without problems may result in 10points taken off your total tally,
100-points You have received 100points, you must now be booted from the guild,
· Point system
5 points- This is the most minor warning that can be issued, Ect, <Begging, and generaly being annoying,>
20 points- This is a normal warning that would be issued from not acting nicely, this warning would be issued when Bob is not acting with to much common sense also, Ect <Saying things that may upset a guildmates and know full well that it would,saying inappropriate sleers in guild chat or to anyone for that matter,>
50points- This is a severe warning! This warning would be issued when a member shows severe lack of courtesy, Judgment, and loyalty... Ect. < Ninja looting, KSing, Camp stealing, severely cutting people down, also haveing multiple complaints from guild officers or members from other guilds>
Notes and comments, The guild leader is the only one who will issue points after a complete evaluation of accusations made, officers are the eyes and ears of the guild leader, complaints may be made to the officers of a guild so that they and the guild leader can discuses the issues at hand,
· Inviting new people to the guild
~RL friends are automatic invites, ( I feel that it strenghtens the guilds loyalty)
~You must sponsor Bob if you want him to be invited, ( Bob will be on probation for atleast 10days after invite, he may be booted at anytime during this probation for any reasonable complaint made about him,) Please note, it would be wise for you to group with Bob at least 2 times before deciding to sponsor him, for Bob's actions may reflect on yourself...those on probation may attend guild raids but cannot roll for any items dropped unless the entire group agrees to it,
Notes and comments, Please remember that the Guild leader has rights to Veto any of these rules when it is seen necessary, Officers may invite people when they see fit, members must use go threw the probation steps, point scale applies to everyone, everyone will be counted equally
