- Petting Zoo Four - Update #6 Report -


We've had 6 updates so far in Petting Zoo Four.  Almost all players
have seen some combat action this early on, upon running into the
Terminator, the protector of the expansion territory.

Terminator occupies all expansion islands, and he packs a punch
in protecting them.  Players so far have encountered mils, planes,
and units.  Some players have successfully (luckily?) captured
some Terminator planes, shells, and petrols (while not able to
build any of these items themselves, yet) while capturing his
territory. 

The tech leaders (it is log base 2 with 25% all-bleed) are able to
build Cargo Ships to get their stuff hauled around.

New in this game, is the shepherd land unit.  A low tech unit (tech
10), he doesn't have much punch, but adds a much needed compliment
to the sheeps in empire.

Also new in this game, is the MASKED_POWER feature, where all digit
characters in the power report have been replaced with a "?".

This is proving to be an interesting scenario.  Players are forced
to make a hard trade off between tech growth and expansion due to
the cost of maintaining military to put the smack down on Termy.
