(1/16/04)--a month between updates.. that's sad. hopefully i'll find a life lying around somewhere on my hard drive, or on one of those online computer hardware stores, and host my own site with lots of fun things to do (and lots of fun things for me to update and maintain). well, since i'm so desperately needing of updates, here's an update: i'm going to design a website on my computer at first, and in a year or so when i've bought all the parts i need to reassemble replaced parts from this machine, i'll set up a server and get this awsome site of mine (that will be worked on for a year, along with some crazy content of some sort to put on this website) and have it up and running... hey how about that 5 day weekend? pretty "shanzy." hmm, i think a wan party calls my name... how about it todd? gather up the anti vampire gamer squad and prepare for battle! (12/14/03)--wow an update! i guess this site is like a 40 year old man now- it won't ever grow again, or at least not very fast. not that anyone cares, or even reads this, but i'm starting development of hopefully a successful module that would be able to function as a PW through todd's server. yeah.. well i suck at scripting but im getting there, and im getting the SoU expansion sometime this week (hopefully). i've got down the toolset, so everything but the 'cool' stuff will be in place. so far the first part of the story is ready, but for the experimental version with scripting i've got 4 areas, 3 are environmentally complete, and i'm working on scripting for the first area still (its been only 3 days of efforts to figure it out and get it to work). release scheduled for before the end of next year. (10/18/03)--this is the day you will hear the master piece we have created (my group of instrument players). forgive our skills as they may not rival yours (we suck pretty bad by many standards) but of course you don't have to, according to my profile extension. go in my profile extension and you will find a link to Surd's (my group's) music and marvel at our creativity-ishness. its right below the 'things i hate' section. go there now! comments? e-mail me at alienspawn5@yahoo.com (10/16/03)--yeah! i added a hit counter to the profile extension. i really wanted to know how many times people visited that site to check for updates, or just how many people visit that site. what i really want to know is how many unique visitors there are. todd please tell me how i can go about getting a traffic monitoring thing for this crappy site. (10/2/03)--to a concerned visitor of www.toadywonders.com, recently a friend of mine, the host of www.toadywonders.com, recieved an e-mail regarding a 'goth' and dbz parody that i made that was featured on his site. it pointed out that they were offensive and ignorant materials, based on stereotypes and popular beliefs about the two subjects. if they offended you (the author of the complaint) or anyone else, i sincerely apologize. when i had created those two images, their intentions were not to degrade a certain group of people who dress a certain way. i know better than to think that people who are 'goths' are always bad (however you define 'bad') people. the intentions of the two comics were more or less just ridiculous exaggerations that were meant as a joke. i hadn't realized at the time i had created them that they may be misunderstood, taken seriously, and found offensive. i am deeply sorry if you are one of those people. (9/30/03) today is a good day, i updated the profile extension, for one thing, and the other thing is that i have an updated version of the DOS RPG. its been sitting on my computer for a while now, i have just been too lazy to compress it and upload it. i'll probably do it soon (some one remind me if you know me in person!) (7/28/03) 2 updates in a day.. wow a lot. well good news today as i questioned and found the answer to it. wHeEeEeEeE! i got those downloads working! awsome.. try the half done version of DOS RPG i made. its not much and its probably as far as it will go.. its a barebone rpg with 2 prog monsters and a base version of battle system i'll use the one i'm working on with VB. qBASIC is kinda limiting, so the DOS RPG will serve as my 'blueprint' for the VB version. try out school yard fun as well. it's great, but that holds even more true for those who attend bel air middle school.. (7/28/03) ooohh.. dont expect this much updating later on. its only the website equivalentof an infancy growth spurt. anyways.. new section. youo can look at the strange innards of my mind (at least part it). maybe your outlook on life will change or maybe you will occupy yourself for 10 minutes reading my obscure thoughts. have fun.. er.. yeah.. whatever. (oh well) (7/26/03) this site is new crap and will remain crap (but not new) because i am very lazy. expect updates every week or 3 because i may forget to update. you can expect crappy games and junk made in qBASIC pop up every once in a while. right now i am working on an rpg engine that i may never finish because i work extremely slow, and am learning as i go. new sections will appear as i update this site (the first of them will be the downloads section, where you will find crappy programs that i made, or that my friends have made.
