2. The Negative Mind
The second body appropriately corresponds to your second chakra, which
is located in the sex organs. The negative mind is not necessarily a bad
mind. It if your protective mind, it is the mind that keeps you from walking
down the dark alley alone at night. However, this mind can also keep you
from letting go, making friends, and experiencing the world. The negative
mind can cause you to "long to belong," in which case you may consistantly
give to others in a relationship because you long for a deep infinite connection.
Searching for this connection can result in one becoming too dependent
on others and you can end up in self-destructive relationships. Because
of the second body's corrolation with the sex chakra, one can become too
dependent on sex or may take the opposite and fear any sexual contact.
When the negative mind is healthy, you have great inner guidance and are
comfortable in your own skin. You rely on your own will & intellect
rather than needing the energy of others.
3. The Positive Mind
Your third body is located at your navel center and corresponds to
your third chakra. This is the energy center of the body. When it is balanced,
you are strong-willed and centered. You project divinity and are authorative.
Yet, you are also good humored and optimistic. However, if this body is
unbalanced, you may become too obsessed with your own power and take your
authority to a dangerous level. You may also become very intolerant of
others who are not up to "your standards." On the other hand, you may be
afraid of your power center and afraid of the responsibility it brings.
The Positive mind is not always "positive." If it is unbalanced, you may
be too trusting and then allow people to take advantage of you. Physically,
issues with the positive mind can manifest in the liver, gal bladder and
also with foot cramps.
4. The Neutral Mind
Your Neutral Mind corresponds to your heart center. This is the aspect
of your mind from which you most want to project yourself. It combines
the benefits of both the positive and negative minds. When this mind is
balanced, you will be able to solve any situation within 9 seconds. You
will quickly be able to access all parts of a situation and quickly lead
yourself to the correct choice. However, if this mind is weak, you may
be closed off to love and often feel victimized. The organs which correspond
to this body and chakra are the heart, lungs, and large intestine.
5. The Physical Body
The fifth body is extremely important as it is the playing field of
all of your other bodies. Many people focus too much on the spiritual
and ignore their physical bodies. But if you only work your mind
& your soul, your physical body will become ill. The physical
is just as important as the spiritual & the mental. We were all
put on this plane of existence for a reason. It is important to accept
this gift and to develop it to its fullest potential.
Because the fifth body corresponds to your fifth chakra, your throat,
some people experience thyroid problems when not properly balanced.
However, when balanced, you will be an eloquent and truthful speaker.
You will be able to easily share your knowledge with others because you
will have no fear of this physical plane.
6. The Arc Line
Men & women have an arc line, a line of energy, going from on ear
to the other above their head. This is your "halo." Saints
& sages have an extra arc-line going from foot to foot. In addition,
women have an arc line from breast to breast.
These arc lines are your balance points between the physical dimensions
and the cosmic dimensions. This body regulates your nervous system
and balances your glands. It corresponds to your pituitary gland
which is located between your eyebrows. This is your third
eye (it actually does exist!). Your pituitary gland is your master
gland. When this gland is functioning properly you will have the
intuition to protect yourself and you will radiate as a person who is centered
and calm - a person at prayer.
If this gland is imbalanced, you may experience mood swings or depression.
7. The Aura
Although your aura is located "outside" of your body, surrounding it
in a magnetic field, it corresponds to you 7th chakra which is the top
of your head. This is your pineal gland, it is also the "soft spot"
of a baby. The pineal gland is said to stop secreting its fluids
after puberty, which then leads to the aging process. There are many
activities which can stimulate this gland to secrete once again.
This chakra is known as the "thousand petaled lotus" and provides one
with security and the power to be merciful.
If your aura is strong, you will have a positive presence and you will
feel contained within your own body and will not need to look to others
for energy.
People who have an imbalanced aura can feel threatened by those with
strong auras or they can be energy vampires and try to pull someone else'
auric energy into their own field.
8. The Pranic Body
The eigth body corresponds to no chakra, but it does correspond to
your breath. Prana is the life-force, it is what keeps you alive.
If you cease to breathe, you cease to live. If your prana is
low, you will breathe shallowly, not using your diaphram. Without
proper oxygen in your body you may experience chronic fatigue, you may
become defensive and afraid of the world. Consequently, when your
body does not receive enough oxygen, your heart becomes strained.
This can cause problems with your fourth body as well.
When this body is balanced you feel alive and full of creation.
You breath deeply and you allow every drop of prana to energize your system.
This body, when balanced, also aligns the negative, positive, & neutral
minds.
9. The Subtle Body
Your subtle body gives you the power to see past the illusions of life
and ego. When you have mastered this body, nothing in life is a mystery
to you and you adjust to any situation with ease. This bis because
your subtle body can tune into the lesson to be learned from any instance
and cause it to be viewed in a positive light.
However, if it is out of balance, you can easily become absorbed by
the maya (illusion) of this world and you may be easily fooled, either
by yourself or by others taking advantage of you. Your body may feel
restless, as it lacks the peace to flow easily from one situation to another.
This body is very sensitive to the order of energy and is often benefited
by the use of Fung Shui.
10. The Radiant Body
The radiant body is extremely important.
It coincides with your aura and provides you with a 9 foot energy field
outside of your body.
When this sphere is centered you radiate courage
and royalty. People will respect you and want to be in
your presence. You meet every challenge and exceed expectations.
However, the reverse of a balanced radiant body
is someone who not only does not meet expectations, but someone who quickly
gives up and feels overpowered by the challenge before them. It is
an "all or nothing" viewpoint on life. You may fear responsibility
and therefore choose not to acknowledge your own radiance and grace because
you fear you will never meet the expectation of someone who is "in charge"
and noble.
