Halloween *is* the Devil's Holiday. People are dressing up in costumes, going to parties, indulging in treats and candy, watching scary movies and having an over-all great time, in contrast to Xmas, where the numbers of suicides top those of the rest of the year. Xmas would be completely miserable if it were not for Santa Claus, Yule trees, gift giving and New Year's partying. The damper on Xmas is the Nazarene. How many of those Xians would rather stay home than go to their churches like the slaves that they are? In truth, everything connected with the Nazarene is very negative and draining. Halloween is fun because it has no place for the Nazarene.
