They do this to one of us, they do this to ALL of us. In retaliation, we ask that our people do not do business with Home Depot in any way. There are many other stores out there that sell the same line of items.

Here is a letter from a Brother in Satan:
I used to work at Home Depot and like a few of the other associates, I browsed the Internet every now and then. After my long time employment there, I was taken into the store manager's office and told that they have logged hundreds of hours of Internet usage by me over the entirety of my employment period, mostly concerning Satanic websites.

I was then informed that if a customer sees me going to those Satanism sites, they might find it “inappropriate” or "offensive." I was given a choice- either pay back those hours or be terminated. I chose to resign. I reported the incident to their awareness line and a few days later, someone called me to discuss what had happened with respect to religious discrimination.

I was told that I was going to be terminated if I hadn’t resigned, not because of going to Satanic websites, but because of my internet usage. I was also told that Home Depot did allow their associates to get on the Internet, but decided to fire them now because some of them had been accessing websites “with inappropriate content.”

I know that my only “crime” was visiting Satanic websites. I was never warned verbally, nor did I ever receive a discussion form or a write-up. Also, why did they wait for so long before coming to me about it? In any case, I feel that I was covertly discriminated against at Home Depot, because at no time was I asked if Satanism was my religion and was also told by several different Home Depot officials that customers might find Satanism "offensive," despite the fact that the computer monitors are not facing the customers.

Take my advice- don’t work there and if you do, look elsewhere for work because they don’t appreciate anything you do. In fact, Home Depot is the #2 offender on the EEOC’s list, only surpassed by Wal-Mart.
