"Here are your clothes Zac. You can go in the bathroom and change." We have a shoe box with some of your things in it. The nurse started to take all the tubes and plugs off of him. He went in the bathroom and changed into his clothes. Everyone was in the room hanging out so he didn't look through the box yet.
"Okay, well, I already signed for Zac to leave. We're going straight to the hotel, pack all of our things and then leave." Walked told them.
"Dad, can we leave tomorrow morning?" Zac asked.
"Why?" Walker replied.
"Well, I was hoping that I could take Tara out tonight." Zac looked at him.
"Okay." They weren't on a tight schedule anyways.
That night Tara got dressed real nice for her first date with Zac. She was so excited. She put on a very nice and flattering black skirt that goes to her knees and then black classy strappy shoes. She then put on a tight red halter top and then her jewelry
"What should I do with my hair?" Tara asked her mom.
"Hmm, I think you should put it up in a big clamp." She then said looking away from the TV.
"Alright." Tara replied and did just that. She put on her make-up and this time she put on a brownish redish lipstick which looked fabulous!
She turned around and looked at her mom.
"How do I look?" She asked and turned in a circle.
"Beautiful!" Lainie smiled real big and then heard the Zac knocking on the door.
Tara went to the door and answered it.
Zac looked her up and down, "Wow. You look fantastic."
"Thank you, so do you." She replied. "Momma, I'll see you in a little while." Tara kissed her mom on the cheek and then grabbed her purse. "Bye."
Zac was wearing khakis pants and a light blue plad buttoned up shirt. They went downstairs and then walked out to a limo. The driver opened the door and Zac held Tara's hand while she sat down.
"How did you do in your singing competition?" Zac asked.
"I won first place. The International Competition is in 3 months." Tara smiled.
"Really! Can I go?" Zac asked.
"Of course you can, baby." Tara replied. They were holding hands. "Everything is so perfect. I'm going to Internationals and your cd hit number one...But most of all, we're together."
"And no one can tear us apart." Zac smiled. They have not kissed yet and Tara wants to wait till the right moment.
They got to a fancy restaurant and got out. The press was there taking pictures because it's the hottest spot for famous people to go. The camera's went crazy!
"That was interesting." Tara looked at Zac. "Do you like all the attention you get or not?"
"I like it," Zac said and they both laughed.
They had a great conversation over dinner and the food was amazing.
They were laughing so hard about a story that Tara had told and they couldn't stop laughing. They were practically crying.
"You are amazing." Zac said after he calmed down a bit still kind of laughing. "You're funny, smart, beautiful, you have a great personality, and you make me feel free."
"The only reason you think I'm amazing is because you make me feel this way to where I think anything and everything is possible." She smiled.
"Check please," Zac said to the waiter. While he ws paying for the meal, Tara slipped a piece of gum in her mouth.
"Will you excuse me for a moment?" Tara asked.
"Yeah, me too." Zac smiled and they each went into the correct bathrooms. Tara brushed her teeth real quick and then hurriedly put on her powder and reapplied her lipstick.
Zac went to the restroom and then came out and washed his hands. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a real small tube of toothpaste and a tiny brush. He wiped his mouth off and then took a damp paper towel and wiped his face. He then took a dry paper towel and wiped off the water. Tara and Zac walked out of the bathrooms at the same time.
They walked out to the limo and got in. Then, they were on their way to the park. They got out of the limo and Zac got a blanket for them to share. The two walked to a bench that was over looking the city at the best view. They sat down and got under the blanket cuddling.
Zac took the ring out of his pocket. "Tara, I love you so much. I could never love anyone as much as I love you." He took her left hand and slipped the ring on her ring finger. "Will you wear my promise ring?"
She smiled real big and her eyes started watering. "Yes." She replied. They hugged and then they looked into one another's eyes and slowly leaned in and kissed on the lips. Then, they got into the kiss more. He put his hand on her behind and she stopped.
"I love you, Zac. But we can't have that much of a physical relationship. Yeah we can kiss, but I'm not going to do anything more than that until I get married." She explained.
"I understand and I respect your decision." Zac replied. "I'm sorry for advancing like that."
"I forgive you." She smiled real. "Just don't let it happen again." They leaned in again and started kissing. Tara slowly reached behind her and got a hand full of snow in her fist. She then put it on Zac's head.
"Ah!" It took him off gaurd and she started laughing. "You think that's funny?"
"Yeah," she kept cracking up. He took a hand full of snow and stood up.
"No," she laughed getting up.
"Yeah," he replied. She took off her shoes quickly that she ran.
"Ah!" She screamed laughing while he was throwing snow balls at her. She would jump behind a tree and got a snow ball and throw at him, but she missed. He finally ran and caught up with her lightly hitting her in the back with his snow ball and then tackling her to the ground.
They were laughing real hard and then started smiling. They layed there for a second with Zac on top of her. He then got off of her and smiled and helped her up.
"I am the master at wars." Zac smiled and Tara laughed.
"You wish you were the master." Tara laughed. They got the blanket and then went back to the warm limo.
They got to Tara's hotel and he walked her up to her room.
"I'll see you tomorrow before we leave." Zac said to her.
"Okay," she replied.
"I love you," he said to her.
"I love you too." Tara looked at him deep in the eyes and then smiled. He leaned in and kissed her on the lips. She stood there and watched him walk away. He stood the the elevator and pushed the button. She had taken off her shoes and ran to him. He turned and looked at her. She pushed him in the elevator and they started kissing very passionately. She knew where to draw the line.
"I'll see you tomorrow." She told him when they got to the first floor.
"Uh-huh." Zac looked at her stunned for a second and she started lauging. "I love you." He told her. She smiled and then he walked out. She pushed number 3 and then went to her room.
