"Ok," Diana replied. He thought that she needed to know because she is his mother. Plus, maybe she can give him advice.
"A week ago at our concert in Destin, there was a girl that was in the center of the front row. She had this beauty that just kept me glued to her. Well, about 15 to 20 minutes after the concert I went out to the hall just to walk around and she was out there. So I went up to her and asked her what her name was, but she wouldn't tell me. Then she said that if we are meant to be, God will bring us together again. Right before she left, I told her that I will call her mine and that she will always me in my heart and that I hope I will be in hers." Zac then had a tear fall from his eye. "What if I never see her again?"
"Zac, you just met her and you don't even know her." She told him.
"Mom, you have to understand! When I looked at her I got butterflies in my stomach, when she smiled it was an overwhelming feeling, and her voice....Mom, I do believe that she was made for me to love and I was made for her to love." Zac told her with more tears falling down his face. "This feeling is so hard to describe."
"You'll see her again." Diana smiled. "You do love her because I know how you feel, that's how I felt and still feel about your dad."
"This is much stronger though." Zac told her.
She kind of laughed, "That's what everyone thinks about someone they love. The thing about love is that you can't love someone just a little. Because love is so strong and amazing that you can never fall out. Some people say they fall out of love, but the real thing is that they never truely and honestly loved each other from the start. But you, this is true love. Love at first sight. I never knew that it could actually happen, but now I know for a fact it can."
"I am going to call her Angel." Zac smiled. "She is everything and more that an angel is."
"When you told her that she was always going to be in your heart, what did she say?" His mom asked.
"She said, You'll be in mine." Zac looked up at Diana.
"She really does love you too. I don't think she's making that up."
"Wait a second, Jake walked out with a girl who went home with my angel! I could find out her name through him! Why didn't I think of that sooner!" He ran for the phone.
Jake answered the phone. "Hey, dude, this is Zac what's up?"
"I'm talkin to my girlfriend, Beth. Do you remember her?" He asked.
"Yeah, what was her friend's name?" Zac asked.
"Zac, I can't tell you. If you see her again she will tell you and you will see each other again." Jake told him.
"Please! I love her!" Zac exclaimed.
"Zac, you love her beauty. Yeah, she is a beautiful girl, but you shouldn't say you love somebody because of that." Jake told him.
"NO! That's not why I love her! When I look at her I got this most incredible and amazing feeling!" Zac started to cry. "Jake, please, I need to know her name, better yet her number."
"Zac, no, I have to go, I'm talking to Beth." Jake clicked back over to Beth.
"Thanks," Zac said when he hung up the phone. He went to his room and buried his head in his pillow crying himself to sleep.
"Sorry about that," Jake said when he clicked back over to Beth.
"It's okay." She told him.
"Um, that was Zac, he wants to know your friend's name." Jake told her.
"Did you tell him?" Beth asked worried for a second.
"No, I can't remember her name anyways." He laughed, "But I wouldn't have told him even if I knew her name."
"Good. What did he say?" She asked.
"Promise not to tell her," Jake said.
"I promise." She replied.
"He said that he loves her and I told him not to say that he loves someone because he thinks she's beautiful. Then, he said that he doesn't love her for that reason, he loves her because of the feelings he had when he looked at her. That he had an amazing and incredible feeling." He told Beth.
"He said that he loves Tara." Beth sat down on her bed.
"Yeah, I believe him too because he started crying." Jake told her. Beth started crying because she thought it was so romantic.
"Tara loves him too. She told me about what happened and she feels the same way that he feels about her. I do think they will see each other again. I'm going to pray that they will." Beth told him.
The next day Tara went to her voice lessons.
"Now, I do think you're ready for the competitions." Kelsie her teacher told her.
"You do!" Tara was surprised.
"Yes, you have this fire in your eye that this is what you want to do. You make Charlotte Church look like an average singer." Kelsie told her. Tara started to cry.
"Are you serious?" Tara asked her.
"Yes, I am very proud of you. It's amazing that you have been taking lessons for 2 years and a half and you have progressed this much." Kelsie told her.
"Thank you so much!" Tara smiled real big.
"Can we stop at Wal-Mart and pick up my pictures from the concert?" Tara asked.
"Yeah, why didn't you tell Zac your name?" Lainie asked.
"Because I didn't think I liked him for who he was. But now I know that I love him for him. And I don't even know him. I just know that the feeling he gives me is overwhelming. I need to be with him." She told her.
"Than why don't you get Beth to give Jake your number to give to Zac?" She asked.
"Because I need to know if we are meant to be. If we are than we will see each other again and us not know that the other one is going to be there." Tara told her mom.
"You do love him, I wish I could find my true love." Lainie had a tear fall from her eye. "My daughter is inlove with a boy she doesn't know at the age 15 and it's true love. What all did he say to you? You never told me."
"He asked me for my name and I told him that I wasn't going to tell him. And that if we are meant to be God will bring us together. Then he told me, You will always be in my heart and I hope I will be in yours. And I told him that he is going to be in my heart." Tara had tears falling out of her eyes. "I love him so much momma! I'm so scared that I made a huge mistake!"
"Tara, just like you said, that if you are meant to be you will be together one day." Lainie told her. They got to Wal-Mart and got the pictures.
She ran to her toom as soon as she got home and started looking at them. The first 3 pictures was before the concert. Then, there were 10 pictures that were taken during the concert of the guys and one of Zac looking at Tara that Beth had taken. She didn't know what the other pictures were of. There was one of Jake, Jake and his band, and Jake and Beth. She took out those three pictures including the double print to give to Beth. She then looked at the next picture. It was Jake and Zac. She smiled real big and had a tear roll down her face and stopped on her lips. She wiped it off. She kept one picture for herself and then put the other with the pictures to give to Beth.
She looked at the next picture and she stood there confused and then with a tear in her eye.
"Who took this picture and when?" Tara asked herself looking at picture of her and Zac talking and then when he was real close to her when he was standing up straight before he whispered in her ear.
I have an idea. I will give Beth this picture of me and him together to send to Jake along with the other pictures for him to give to Zac. Or should I not? I don't know...I need to call Beth.---Tara thought and she did so.
