*~*Chapter 1*~*

"Does this look okay?" Tara asked Beth. They have been best friends since 4th grade. They both have changed a lot physically and mentally since then.

"You look great! Now what about me, do I look ok?" She asked. They are going to their first Hanson concert tonight. Tara's mom got her concert tickets for Christmas year 2002. She has 3 one for her mom, Beth, and for herself. It was the best thing she could ever get.

"Yeah, I can't wait to go! For over 5 years now I have been a fan and I finally get to see them inperson. I'm not as freaked out as I used to be, but this is still so awesome." Tara smiled real big.

"I know, me too." Beth smiled at her and they started doing their make-up.

Tara used to be a tall, chunky, short straight blonde hair, light skin, blue eyed little girl when she was about 3. Twelve years later she looks completely different. She is kind of short for her age and she's skinny with amazing and beautiful muscle tone. She has on hour glass figure with clear tan skin from going to a tanning bed. She has dark brown hair that is naturally curly and it's to her chin. She has green eyes that kind of slant up a little but not a lot, high cheeks bones, and full lips.

Beth has clear light tan skin, full lips, and hazel eyes. She's very pretty and inoscent looking. She is tall with muscles but not with a lot of curves which she hates, but the guys like that about her because it goes good with her muscles and the shape.

"Momma, are you ready to go?" Tara asked when the two walked into her bedroom.

"Yeah," she put on the last of her lipstick and they went to the car.

The way to the concert they all just talked about what's been going on in their life. Lainie, Tara's mom, is 6 months pregnant and going through her second divorce with the babies' dad. Beth is having relationship difficulties with her boyfriend because she won't sleep with him. Tara, well, she hasn't had a boyfriend in a couple months because of how bad that last one went. She is being extremely careful about who she goes out with now.

They got to the civic center and went in. They gave the ladies their tickets and then went to find their seats.

"Okay, section A." Tara said and they looked and noticed that it was on the floor. "Oh my goodness."

When they got down there Beth read section 1 and they went to the first box of chairs that were about 16 rows.

"Row A," Lainie said and they went to the first row and they were all freaking out. Tara was so happy, she has never been this excited in her entire life! "Seat 22." The very middle of the row.

"How did we get so lucky?" Tara asked her mom.

"I pulled a few strings." She smiled and they went and sat down.

30 minutes after they were at the civic center the place was packed and in their seats. The lights started to slowly dim and screams got loud. The opening act came out which was a local band in Tulsa. They were really good!

"You see the guitarist." Beth smiled.

"Yeah," Tara replied looking at him and clapping to the beat.

"Something about him looks amazing." She smiled and he was looking at her.

"And obviously, he thinks the same about you. After the concert, do you want to walk around and see if we can find them. If we can't we can probably get their cd or something at a booth." Tara told her.

"Okay," Beth said excitedly. The whole time the guitarist and Beth were making eye contact. It was so cute and sweet.

When they went off the stage Beth decided she had to go to the restroom.

"Tara, go with her." Lainie demanded. The guys weren't going to be on there for another 30 minutes so they weren't really in a hurry.

They walked out and went to the bathroom. Tara looked in the mirror and she looked amazing as always. She doesn't think so, but everyone tries to tell her. She is a timeless beauty. You should hear her sing, she has the voice of an angel.

The two walked out of the bathroom and Tara decided she want a water. They were standing at the counter when Beth felt someone tap her on the shoulder.

The guitarist was standing behind her and he smiled at her. Beth looked at him and smiled back. They both took a deep breath.

"What's your name?" He asked. The look in his eye was so romantic. He looked her like she was the only girl in the world made for him, and he was the only guy made for her.

"Beth," she replied and she had the same look in her eye.

"I'm Jake, it's nice to meet you." He said to her and shook her hand.

"It's nice to meet you too."

Tara looked at them and smiled real big.

"I couldn't help but notice you out there. How old are you?" He asked he looked like he was 18 or 19. Beth wanted to lie about her age so bad so he would keep talking to her, but she knew that if they were meant to be she shouldn't lie about it.

"I'm 15, what about you?" She asked.

"I'm 17." He replied and she took a big breath and was so happy!

"Hey, we really need to get back to our seats so some maniacs won't take them." Tara said politely and at the same time kind of giggley. "You can sit with us. More than likely stand, but you can come if you want."

"Yeah, that would be great." He replied and the three of them walked to the front row. Everyone was standing so it didn't make a big difference with him.

The lights dimmed again and this time it was Hanson behind the curtain. Everyone started screaming except for Tara, Beth, Jake, and Lainie.

The guys started singing and then Zac was looking around and noticed a girl. Before the concert, he was upset because he has seen many pretty girls that everyone that was beautiful, but he never thought they were that amazing. But now, he saw a girl so incredible and amazing that he couldn't help but look at her. He kept the beat going and singing, but he was just in a daze because of her beauty.

"Okay, this next song, is to all of you! The fans! You're the reason we're up here doing what we love, to entertain you!" Taylor said and they started playing a new song that no one has ever heard. Taylor was thinking about his unborn child because of some complecations and Natalie being at the local hospital.

Isaac was thinking about his girlfriend that's in her home country. She was the blonde in M2M and they just didn't work out. Marion decided to go back to her hometown and finish school and go to college to be a doctor. He felt bad because he knows that music is very important to her.

Jake and Beth were wrapped up in conversation the whole time.

Tara looked at Zac and noticed that he was looking in her direction. She just looked back at Ike and then Tay. She looked back at him and he wasn't looking anymore. They kept glancing back at each other. Then, finally, they made eye contact. It knocked the breath out of both of them and it took quite a few seconds for them to get it back. Tara looked away and we so amazed.

Am I falling inlove with a boy I don't even know? If I am, is it because he's famous? How could I be so stupid! It's just because he's famous...But if I saw him on the street I would feel the same way. Oh no! I don't know what's happening! Wait, it's not like I'm ever going to meet him anyways, so why am I worrying?-----Tara was kind of confused. But as the concert went on Beth noticed something.

"Tara," she said looking at her and then at Zac. "He is so checking you out."

"No he's not, he just looking around the crowd." Tara didn't want to think anything about him checking her out. It made her kind of nervous and start thinking about the two of them, which made her upset, because she knew that there was never going to be the two of them.

"Yeah, he is, that look in his eye! He's not checking you out...I think he's..." Tara made Beth stop.

"It's not possible." She told her and weakly smiled. "Let's just have fun the rest of the night."

The concert was over and the guys ran off stage.
