Mister Rogers Tribute
Mister Rogers Tribute: Written by Tim Willis. A bonus song for "None More Raped" which displays Tim and Brad's great love for the late, great Fred Rogers, star of the long-running childrens TV show, "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood." The song was devised over an MSN Instant Messenger conversation between Willis and O'Neil. They decided it was appropriate enough, because when Brad was a small child, one time Mr. Rogers was interuppted for News of some late breaking world incident, and he proceeded to pull the TV off the table and almost kill himself.
Mister Rogers Tribute
(speaking)
This one goes out to that wonderful man in the red ascot!
You knew him, you loved him, and so did we!
Here it goes!!!!
(singing)
It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood,
A beautiful day for a neighbor.
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?...
It's a neighborly day in this beauty wood,
A neighborly day for a beauty.
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?...
I've always wanted to have a neighbor just like you.
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you.
So, let's make the most of this beautiful day.
Since we're together we might as well say:
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
Won't you be my neighbor?
Won't you please,
Won't you please?
Please won't you be my neighbor?
(shouting)
Mister Rogers, we love you!!!!!!!
