In Heaven There Is No Beer
In Heaven There Is No Beer: Written by Brad O'Neil and "Hurricane" Bob Lent, produced by On-Track Music. Based on a song often heard in bars sung by drunken Irishmen (like Brad O'Neil). This song was a single by the second band that O'Neil and Lent had, called Prototype, back in 1998. It is here rerecorded by SDCC. Yet another song about the band's favorite subject, they had originally sung this as filler at a few concerts early in the cross country era, but it was mainly a song for the bus-rides home. It finally made its way onto an album for None More Raped.
In Heaven There Is No Beer
In heaven there is no beer,
That's why we drink it here,
And when I am gone from here,
My friends will drink all the beer!
In heaven there is no beer, (no beer!)
That's why we drink it here, (it here!)
And when I am gone from here, (from here!)
My friends will drink all the beer! (Yea, yea, yea!)
(Repeat until drunk.)
